Nursing Mom Recipes
For nursing moms whose babies are sensitive to or allergic to milk and soy proteins.
1/4 c. oats
1/3 c. almond milk (approx.)
1/4 c. fruit (dried or fresh berries, diced mango, sliced bananas, etc.)
1 tsp honey
dash of cinnamon
1. Put all ingredients in a glass bowl or mason jar and stir together. Make sure there is enough almond milk in the bowl or jar to just barely cover the top of the other ingredients.
2. Cover with cling film, lid, or other type of cover and put container in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
3. Remove lid, stir, and enjoy!
