Eggs - hard boiled or cooked the way you like them with olive oil, sunflower oil, or pure canola oil (most "vegetable" oils contain soybean oil)
Oatmeal - packets are good/easy, but avoid the "fruit & cream" flavors. Add your own fruit and/or nuts!
