This quick side dish recipe will work with any type of noodle or pasta. Confirm the noodle/pasta ingredients to make sure there are no soy/milk ingredients. If you make the whole box/bag, you will have leftovers for quick snacks or as a side dish with the next day's dinnner!
1 box/bag favorite pasta or noodle
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
herbs (tarragon/thyme/oregano/parsley work well)
1. Cook the noodles according to directions on box/bag.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Add herbs to taste.
4. How easy is that? Enjoy!
