For nursing moms whose babies are sensitive to or allergic to milk and soy proteins.
Lemon Dill Asparagus
1/2 bunch of fresh asparagus
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice or squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp dried dill
salt and pepper to taste
1. Snap off the white bottoms of the asparagus.
2. Heat the olive oil in a covered skillet large enough to fit the asparagus in one layer.
3. Add asparagus and lemon juice, cover and saute until asparagus are just tender, about 8 minutes.
4. Add dill and saute (covered) for another minute or two.
